The help desk provides:
End user Support for EDiX®, HP3000 MPE (as applicable to EDI requirements), PC and Mobile connections, Partner Exchange requirements
Troubleshooting of data interchange / exchange issues over the phone with client
Track and Monitor data, security and network communications
Maintainance of software library for our clients IT requirements
Maintainance of partner maps
Communicate procedures to clients
Coordinate new EDI Trading Partnerships, maps, VAN, and AS2
Implement new EDI trading partners and update current partners as needed. Ensure compliance with all client requirements
Review audit logs to ensure acknowledgement of all transactions
Test and verify EDI maps and program enhancements to certify for use in production
Research all EDI-related charge backs for validation as required
Perform daily EDI processing
Network / Security Monitoring
Other tasks as required by client
